Radbank by Lexmedix is radiology dictation software for radiologists and teleradiology teams in India: you dictate only what is abnormal, and Radbank writes the rest of the report from a template that opens with normal findings. The AI drafts and organises. The radiologist still reviews, decides and signs.
Why most of a dictated report is repeated work
In a normal study, or a study with one or two findings, most of what a radiologist says is the same every day: the organs that are normal, in the same order, in the same words. Dictating all of it takes time.
Report by exception
Radbank starts from the other end. Every template opens pre-filled with normal findings, so the report is already complete for a normal study.
- Structured templates cover CT, MRI, ultrasound and X-ray, with normal defaults.
- You can upload your own templates as .docx, .pdf, .txt or pasted text, and hide the built-in ones you don't use.
- You speak once and say all your findings together. The AI puts each finding in the right section and changes only those sections.
So a liver lesion goes into the liver section, and the sections you didn't mention stay as they were.

Checks before you sign
Dictation is only part of reporting. Before the report goes out, Radbank runs a seven-module quality check: completeness, language, clinical logic, differentials, guideline compliance, recommendations and risk flags. An AI second opinion gives a structured second read of the report in one click.
Where a scoring system applies, Radbank adds BI-RADS, LI-RADS, Lung-RADS, TI-RADS, PI-RADS or O-RADS scoring to the impression. For a critical finding, it flags the study STAT on the worklist and prepares an email and a WhatsApp message for the referring team.

Free dictation
You speak the whole report, normal and abnormal, and it is typed out. This keeps your own words but repeats the normal sections every time.
Template filling
You start from a fixed template and edit it by hand. This saves typing but still means finding and changing each section yourself.

This is how Radbank works: the template is already normal, you dictate the findings once, and the AI routes them to the right sections. You then review and sign.
What it costs
